<p>A system and method to access the knowledge and experience of other users within a complex system and to establish whether issues have already been raised and actioned within the system. According to one aspect, there is provided a method of providing a communication interface to facilitate communication between a plurality of users in a network, wherein each user has an associated user identifier and the network comprises a plurality of non-user entities such as a product, service or organization (retail store, football club, airline) and a plurality of issues such as delayed delivery, poor service and the like. The method comprising: receiving input 612 from the user at the user device to select an issue and a non-user entity 614; storing the first and second user input in a memory of the user device; transmitting the first and second user input with the user identifier for the user over a network to a remote server means to make data associated with the first and second user input available to other users in the system. The method can make available to the users current popular issues 626 and non-user entities selected by other users within the system, the information optionally being selected based on the issue and non-user entity originally selected by the user or by using location information of the user device to highlight issues with non-entity (organizations) in the proximity.</p> |
