The present invention relates to an ion exchange membrane and a redox flow battery comprising a porous polymer resin membrane and reformed silica. According to the present invention, the ion exchange membrane for a redox flow battery with excellent durability and chemical resistance can prevent a crossover of an ion between anode and cathode electrolytes and a decrease in energy density of a battery.
