Disclosed are a fuel supply system, a ship having the same, and a fuel supply method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel supply system may comprise: a storage tank wherein liquefied fuel is pressurized at predetermined pressure to be stored; a booster pump connected to the storage tank to pump the liquefied fuel to the outside; a suction drum connected to the booster pump to store the pumped liquefied fuel; a high pressure pump connected to the suction drum to compress the liquefied fuel; a first vaporizer connected to the high pressure pump to vaporize the liquefied fuel; a first engine supplied with the liquefied fuel vaporized from the first vaporizer; a second vaporizer connected to the booster pump; and a second engine connected to the second vaporizer and driven by being supplied with fuel which has lower pressure than fuel supplied to the first engine.
