System and method for converting automated clearing house data

A method includes determining by a computing system a plurality of automated clearing house (ACH) data conversion rules and converting ACH data into converted ACH data according to the determined ACH data conversion rules. Each of the plurality of ACH data conversion rules includes a name associated with a source data field, a name associated with a target data field, and an instruction indicating how to convert ACH data in the source data field into converted ACH data to be stored in the target data field.

a source database comprising a plurality of source data fields; a target database comprising a plurality of target data fields; a memory storing a plurality of automated clearing house (ACH) data conversion rules, each of the plurality of ACH data conversion rules comprising:
a name associated with a source data field of the source database;a name associated with a target data field of the target database; andan instruction indicating how to convert ACH data in the source data field into converted ACH data to be stored in the target data field; and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory, the source database, and the target database, the processor utilizing the ACH data conversion rules to:
convert ACH data from the source database into converted ACH data according to the ACH data conversion rules; andstore the converted ACH data in the target database.
