According to an exemplary embodiment, provided is a data encryption apparatus which comprises a key determination unit for determining an encryption key for encryption based on a white-box cryptography (WBC) and a symmetric key different from the encryption key; and an encryption unit for generating a cryptogram of data by using the encryption based on WBC and an encryption based on the symmetric key with the symmetric key.
