<p>The present invention relates to a multifunctional cooling and heating system which comprises: a heat exchanger generating hot water, hot air, and cold air through heat exchange with a heat source or a cold source; a hot and cold water circulation unit wherein hot water which is heat exchanged in the heat exchanger or cold water flowing from the outside is circulated; and a hot and cold air blast unit wherein hot air or cold air which is heat exchanged in the heat exchanger is ventilated. Thus, a multifunctional cooling and heating system is capable of using hot water, hot air, cold water, and cold air with one device.</p> |
