A rotational clamping device for processing a side surface is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotational clamping device for processing a side surface comprises: a fixing jig unit including a rotational fixing jig; a moving jig unit attached to or detached from the fixing jig unit by horizontal movement and having a moving jig arranged to be opposite to the fixing jig; and a transfer unit horizontally moving the moving jig unit. The moving jig is coupled to the moving jig unit to be moved forward and backward and is elastically pressured by an elastic member in a fixing jig direction.
