<p>The present invention relates to a hub boss exchangeable inspection port of a spline hub plate for a clutch of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a hub boss exchangeable inspection port of a spline hub plate for a clutch of a vehicle capable of, after spline-processing various types of spline inner diameters and spline outer diameters of hub bosses with different sizes coupled to an inner part of a spline hub plate used in a clutch of a vehicle and having splines formed on inner and outer diameters, easily inspecting defect in spline processing of the various types of hub bosses. A position fixing pin is provided on one side of an upper plate, and guide rails are provided on both sides of the upper plate. An inspection plate for inspecting the spline outer diameters for various types of hub bosses is coupled to the upper plate in a sliding manner and is positioned collinearly with an inner diameter inspection rod inspecting the spline inner diameter of the hub boss, so the inspection plate inspecting the spline outer diameters for various types of hub bosses and the inner diameter inspection rod inspecting the spline inner diameter of the hub boss can be replaced from the upper plate at the same time. Therefore, the hub boss exchangeable inspection port of a spline hub plate for a clutch of a vehicle can solve a problem of inconvenience of ensuring a large loading space because a worker needed to prepare respective inspection ports for the types or use of vehicle, can reduce inconvenience that a work manufactures respective inspection ports for the types of hub bosses and manufacturing costs, and remove inconvenience that a worker needs to find out one by one by preparing various changeable inspection ports.</p> |
