The VLC transmitter is configured to emit a visible light signal corresponding to staging profile data, the staging profile data including configuration data. The mobile device includes a VLC receiver configured to receive the visible light signal, the visible light signal being converted to generate the staging profile data, the staging profile data automatically configuring the mobile device for communicating with a communication network as a function of the configuration data. |
