A LIQUID FORMULATION OF A FUSION PROTEIN COMPRISING TNFR AND FC REGION

The present invention relates to sustainable liquid formulation including TNFR-Fc fusion protein and a method for producing the same formulation. The formulation includes a stabilizer and the fusion protein including a tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) and an immune globulin Fc region. the stabilizer contains one or more amino acids selected from the group consisting of proline and histidine, a buffer solution, and an isotonicity agent including sodium chloride (NaCl) and sucrose. The formulation can be stored for a long period of time with respect to TNFR-Fc fusion protein (etanercept) and provides excellent storage stability since the storage condition does not have to be strictly maintained. The formulation is simple, has excellent storage stability, can be economically provided when compared to other stabilizers and other frozen drying formulation, and thus is expected to be effectively applied to a therapy field by using the TNFR-Fc fusion protein (etanercept).
