The present invention provides a valve seat abrasion tester, and comprises: a housing module which includes a housing, a cam shaft rotating at a rotation count set by a motor controlled by a motor and installed by penetrating the side wall of the housing, and a cam formed at the center of the cam shaft; and a valve seat case module of which the lower part is inserted through a hole formed on an upper wall of the housing and of which the upper part is exposed. The present invention has a characteristic in which the valve seat case module includes a valve seat case having an upper hollow shaft and a lower hollow shaft smaller than the upper hollow shaft, a valve having a stem and valve head and installed to move vertically in the valve seat case; a tappet mounted in the lower part of the stem and vertically reciprocating by the rotation of the cam to make the valve vertically reciprocate; and an electric heater heated at a temperature controlled by the controller and combined with the valve seat case, wherein a valve seat is installed to repetitively come into contact with the rear side of the valve head in the elevated part between the upper hollow shaft and the lower hollow shaft and a valve guide continuously coming into contact with the stem is installed in the lower hollow shaft. |
