A therapy tracking system and method may include a processor that obtains physiological information regarding a patient and a time period during which a deep brain stimulation (DBS) therapy is conducted. The information may be organized into a plurality of sessions. The processor may arrange in a display device a separate representation of the information for each of at least a subset of the sessions, such that the sessions are presented in order of time.

1. A method of a therapy tracking machine, the method comprising:
obtaining, by a processor of the machine, physiological information regarding a patient and pertaining to a plurality of sessions of a deep brain stimulation (DBS) therapy conducted during a time period, each of the plurality of sessions corresponding to a respective set of stimulation parameter settings; displaying, by the processor and in a single interface screen within a display device, a timeline representing at least a portion of the time period during which more than one of the plurality of sessions were conducted; simultaneously displaying, by the processor and in the single interface screen within the display device, respective representations of the more than one of the plurality of sessions against the timeline; and arranging, by the processor and in the single interface screen of the display device, the physiological information of the more than one of the plurality of sessions against the timeline.
