The present invention relates to a method for highly effectively separating high purity anthocyanin from rubus coreanus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for separating a high purity anthocyanin-based pigment at a high yield. Rubus coreanus grounds are utilized as a natural chormogen, and an MCX SPE cartridge or a HP-20 cartridge is used as an adsorbent. A concentration of HCl or trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) as a pH adjuster and a concentration of ethanol as an elution material are optimally adjusted.
