The present invention relates to a micro-bubble creating device for sonographic vibration tests, and more specifically, to a micro-bubble creating device for sonographic vibration tests for making it easy to create micro-bubbles and demagnify in a contrast medium in case of a sonographic vibration test for checking the presence or absence of a foramen ovale which is a cause of patent foramen ovale by simplifying the structure and for increasing the effects and reliability of the sonographic test by enhancing the durability of bubbles.
