1. Tube block bodies in a linear structure or an indented structure in which the left and the right are blocked are formed at a certain number and a certain distance on a flexible PVC film, a rubber plate, or a silicon plate so that a rectangular tube lower plate is manufactured. A rectangular tube upper plate and a rectangular reinforcing material plate are respectively manufactured by the flexible PVC film, the rubber plate, or the silicon plate. 2. Air, oil, a phlegmatic solution, or gel is filled in the tube block body of the tube lower plate. 3. An upper surface and a lower surface of the tube lower plate in which air, oil, the phlegmatic solution, or gel is filled are attached by thermal fusion (high frequency or ultrasonic wave) or an adhesive. 4. An upper surface of the tube upper surface and a lower surface of the reinforcing material plate are attached by thermal fusion (high frequency or ultrasonic wave) or an adhesive so that an interlayer vibration absorbing block in a tube structure is provided. |
