<p>In the present invention, disclosed is a manufacturing method of silver nanoyarn-used antibacterial fabric made by mixing silver nanoyarns made with use of a yarn reforming method to be used as an antibacterial effect in fabric with a synthesis resin yarn through a weaving process, a knitting process, and a long knitting process. The method comprises the steps of: a first yarn processing step of processing a first synthesis resin yarn and a first nanosilver yarn whose thickness is thinner than the first synthesis resin yarn and accordingly producing a first yarn with a certain with thickness; a second yarn processing step of binding a second synthesis resin yarn to a second nanosilver yarn whose thickness is thinner than the second synthesis resin yarn and accordingly producing a second yarn; and a fabric weaving step of separating the first yarn and the second yarn as warps and wefts wherein the manufactured antibacterial fabric has the same level of antibacterial effects as an antibacterial fabric made by only using silver nanoyarns and can take less 20% of weaving cost compared with fabric made by only using silver nanoyarns.</p> |
