<p>In the present invention, provided is an electrical mask apparatus, comprising a cosmetic pad which has a skin solution with conductivity to be coated, absorbed, stored or attached to face skin and two parts with conductivity which are electrically separated and insulated; a pair of electrode parts which is detachable to the cosmetic pad and assigns positive electricity to one of the part of the cosmetic pad with conductivity and negative electricity to the other part of the cosmetic pad with conductivity; and a power source supplying part which supplies power source to the electrode part, thereby being easily used and preventing sagging of skin while enabling the skin solution like drugs or cosmetic products to actively permeate through skin and to uniformly clean faces, thereby improving an effect of skin care.</p> |
