The present invention relates to a modulator for performing simultaneous ASK/FSK modulation by using an LC oscillator, wherein the modulator comprises an LC oscillator for outputting an oscillation signal of which a frequency is varied by an input signal, and the oscillator includes a varactor of which a capacitance and resistance components are varied in response to an input signal. In addition, the capacitance and a resistance of the oscillator are changed by the input signal, thereby outputting a modulated signal of which a frequency and an amplitude are simultaneously modulated.
