The present invention relates to a heterogeneous copper catalyst for simultaneously preparing dimethyl ether and acetic acid through dehydration reaction and carbonylation reaction caused by carbon monoxide of methanol. To achieve this, the present invention provides a heterogeneous copper catalyst which is denoted by chemical formula 1, and is used for simultaneously preparing dimethyl ether and acetic acid.
