PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system capable of preventing a delivery error due to unexpected switching of a next stop location on a display when delivering an article through a plurality of stop locations.SOLUTION: A delivery management server 3 comprises a next stop location information management part 331 for managing next stop location information with respect to each stop location A, B, C on a delivery route R in association with an article 9. An operator terminal 4 comprises: an input reception part 461 for receiving an input of identification information which enables identification of the article 9 on an electronic paper 8 during an operation toward the next stop location; a current stop location information acquisition part 462 for acquiring current stop location information about the current stop location which received the input of the identification information; a next stop location information acquisition part 463 for sending the identification information and the current stop location information to the delivery management server 3 and acquiring the next stop location information; and a rewriting part 464 for rewriting the information being displayed on the electronic paper 8 by the acquired next stop location information. |
