PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat structure capable of reducing a use amount of a cushioning material. ! SOLUTION: A toilet seat structure 1 includes: an upper side toilet seat member 21 for forming an upper half part of a toilet seat body 2; and a lower side toilet seat member 22 for forming a lower half part of the toilet seat body 2. The toilet seat structure 1 includes a heater 3 fixed on a rear surface of the upper side toilet seat member 21. The toilet seat structure 1 includes: a cushioning material 4 fixed on a rear surface of the heater 3; and a support member 5 for supporting the upper side toilet seat member 21. In the toilet seat structure 1, both ends of the upper side toilet seat member 21 and both ends of the support member 5 are bonded with both ends of the lower side toilet seat member 22.
