PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block polymer that provides plasticizing effect simultaneously achieving moldability of a resin composition and heat resistance of a molding to a high degree. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a block polymer comprising a polyester moiety and a vinyl polymer moiety. The polyester moiety is obtained by condensing a monomer (a) selected from the group consisting of a specific monomer having carbon atoms of 2 or more and 13 or less and a monomer (b) selected from the group consisting of a specific monomer having carbon atoms of 12 or more and 23 or less. The polyester moiety has a content of a partial structure derived from the monomer (b), which is calculated by the expression {monomer (b) [mole]/[ monomer (a) [mole]+ monomer (b) [mole]]}×100, of 1.0 mole% or more and 30.0 mole% or less. !
