PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch and a liquid injection assisting part in which an injection port is hardly blocked, and liquid residue is less likely to occur. ! SOLUTION: A pouch 10 has a structure in which sheets 11, 12 superimposed on each other are bonded together. The pouch 10 comprises a storage part 20, a projection part 30, a cut-off part, and a liquid injection assisting part 100. An injection port 31 is formed in the inside of the projection part 30. The liquid injection assisting part 100 is disposed at the injection port 31 and includes a flat plate portion 110 and a curved portion 120. By applying a force that brings the sheet 11, 12 constituting the injection port 31 close to each other, the curved portion 120 is deformed and stretched in a direction of a passage of the injection port 31. !
