SOLUTION: The structure of an underrun protector 10 attached to right and left brackets 5, 5 of a front part or a rear part of a vehicle body frame 1 of a vehicle comprises: a super high-tensile steel plate underrun protector body 10A which includes a vehicle longitudinal direction outer surface part 10a, a vehicle longitudinal direction inner surface part 10b, an upper surface part 10c and a lower surface part 10d and has a hollow closed cross section, and whose tensile strength is equal to or greater than 980 MPa and thickness is equal to or less than 3.2 mm; and reinforcement panels 40, 40 which are arranged so as to be superposed on the inner surface of the vehicle longitudinal direction outer surface part 10a side or the vehicle longitudinal direction inner surface part 10b side in the hollow part of the underrun protector body 10A. !
