The present invention relates to a fuel cell cooling device and a cooling method using the same. The fuel cell cooling device comprises: an evaporating and cooling unit installed in a stack of a fuel cell and play a role of lowering a temperature of the stack; an injector for jetting a cooling material to be used in the evaporating and cooling unit along with air; a pump for applying pressure to the injector; and a duct for providing a path to enable a cooling material evaporated from the evaporating and cooling unit to move to a cathode of a stack of a fuel cell.
