PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top sheet of an absorbent article having a reduced contact area with the skin of a wearer, capable of reducing stickiness and stuffiness after absorbing liquid, and having excellent crease suppression effects and favorable cushioning properties.SOLUTION: A top sheet 1 of an absorbent article is formed by disposing a plurality of fusion parts 21 with a polygonal profile side by side in a plane direction, the fusion parts including thermally fusible fibers and formed by hot embossing. Adjacent fusion parts 21 of the fusion parts 21 are disposed such that polygonal sides face each other and the facing sides are parallel to each other. Non-fusion parts 27 between the fusion parts 21 form linear protrusions 25 protruding to the fusion parts 21, where each non-fusion part 26, the periphery of which is enclosed by an annular fusion part 21, is formed at the inside of each fusion part 21. |
