PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack of excellent reliability in which electric noise from a battery stack does not cause any problem, even if a circuit board is arranged on the battery stack, and mechanical stress due to concentration of stress on the circuit board does not cause any problem.SOLUTION: A battery pack has a battery stack laminating a plurality of battery cells, and a circuit board fixing member 4 connected onto the battery stack, and is not affected by positional variation of individual battery cells incident to expansion or lamination of the battery cell. The battery pack has a circuit board 3 attached to the circuit board fixing member 4 and including a battery state detecting section, and a grounded conductive shield member 15. The circuit board 3 is fixed to the circuit board fixing member 4 while holding a shield member 15 between itself and the battery stack, and shuts off electric noise and mechanical stress transmitted from the battery stack to the circuit board 3. |
