PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of purified fish oil having little 3-MCPDE and a generation suppression method of 3-MCPDE in fish oil.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of purified fish oil, after a processing to make fish oil contact with alkali not less than 1.2 times for a neutralization equivalent of free fatty acids in the fish oil, a processing to make the fish oil contact with activated clay not less than 3 mass% for the fish oil is performed, then a step to perform deodorizing processing which makes the fish oil of 150-230°C contact with water vapor is included. |
