When a predetermined result is obtained by the lottery, control for urging a player to perform a pattern game in an operation mode conforming to specific control contents is performed from among control contents at a side of main control means. Then, the main control means determines what kind of operation mode has appeared, estimates types of control contents determined secretly at the side of sub-control means on the basis of the determination result, and executes control relating to a pattern game following the estimated control contents. !
