A video advertisement providing system and a video advertisement providing method are disclosed. The video advertisement providing method implemented on a computer comprises: a step of playing an advertisement image provided for video content before or while playing the video content; a step of playing the video content if playing the advertisement image is completed or stopped; a step of activating a recall user interface (UI) to recall the advertisement image while the video content is being played; and a step of re-playing the advertisement image when a recall request for the advertisement image is made through the recall UI. |
