<p>Disclosed are a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, and a method to manufacture the same. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet of the present invention comprises: less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of C (not including 0 wt%); less than or equal to 2 wt% of Si (not including 0 wt%); 0.1-1.0 wt% of Mn; less than or equal to 0.02 wt% of P (not including 0 wt%); 0.001-0.005 wt% of S; 0.001-0.005 wt% of Al; less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of N (not including 0 wt%); less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of Ti (not including 0 wt%); 0.05-0.2 wt% of either Sn or Sb; and the rest of Fe and unavoidably added impurities. Si, Al, and Mn satisfy 0.7<=([Si]+[Al]-[Mn])<=1.7 and [Mn]>=[Al], where ([Si], [Al], [Mn] respectively mean wt% of Si, Al, Mn).</p> |
