The present invention relates to a tablet which has appropriate properties such as stability, easy administration, and filling properties even when the tablet is contained in a container containing a liquid composition. According to the present invention, the tablet does not adhere to the container, particularly a plastic container, containing the liquid composition. The tablet has excellent crumbling properties and excellent storage stability when containing a milk thistle extract and/or a wild parsley extract as active ingredients.
