PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which structurally suppresses the generation of the abrupt facture of a vessel wall generated by accumulated fatigue, in a storage tank.SOLUTION: A hydrogen tank 10 comprises a liner 11, first and second mouthpieces 12a, 12b, and a plug member 20. The liner 11 is a resin-made hollow vessel, and has an opening part 11o. The first and second mouthpieces 12a, 12b are attached to the opening part 11o of the liner 11. The plug member 20 is attached to an opening part 15h of the first mouthpiece 12a. The plug member 20 has a communication hole 22 which communicates with an internal space 11i of the liner 11, and a lid part 23 having a lid face 23 which blocks the communication hole 22. A recess 24 which develops as a crack by a repeat of a change of inner pressure at the liner 11 is formed at the lid face 23 of the lid part 23. |
