PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress growth of microcrack in the vicinity of a capacity adjustment surface, in a capacitor element capable of capacity adjustment. ! SOLUTION: A capacitor element 1 includes a dielectric substrate 11 having a principal surface A and a capacity adjustment surface C crossing the principal surface A, and capacitor electrodes 12, 13 provided on the dielectric substrate 11 so as to form a capacity oppositely to a direction perpendicular to the principal surface A of the dielectric substrate 11.
