PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed inversion pulse power source device capable of being produced with a small number of semiconductor switches, and capable of eliminating a snubber for absorbing surge voltage.SOLUTION: A switching type bipolar direct current power source for outputting direct current of bipolar, namely plus and minus, to a neutral point, is provided. A capacitor 12 is coupled between a plus electrode and a minus electrode of the bipolar direct current power source, and a semiconductor switch 19 and a semiconductor switch 20 which are coupled in series, are coupled. Between the plus electrode of the bipolar direct current power source and the neutral point, a semiconductor switch 22 is coupled, and between the neutral point and the minus electrode of the bipolar direct current power source, a semiconductor switch 23 is coupled. Output is taken out from between the connection point and the neutral point between the semiconductor switch 19 and the semiconductor switch 20. |
