The present specification discloses a skin cleanser comprising oil and highly enriched surfactant. According to the present specification, the skin cleanser can comprise the highly enriched surfactant in order to stabilize the oil, and can additionally comprise another structure stabilizing agent in order for structure stabilization of the highly enriched surfactant. The skin cleanser of the present specification has a high oil content, and thus can provide high moisturizing ability after skin cleansing. Accordingly, after taking a shower, the skin cleanser can represent effects on preventing dry or tight skin.
