PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reset a movable scroll from an upset state into an original state when upset, while sufficiently suppressing the leakage of lubricating oil from oil supply grooves. ! SOLUTION: One of a fixed scroll (21) and a movable scroll (22) has oil supply grooves (46, 56) which open to thrust sliding faces (21c, 22c) having slide contact with the other of the fixed scroll (21) and the movable scroll (22) for lubricating oil to flow thereinto, and oil supply passages (40, 50) which supply high pressure lubricating oil to the oil supply groove (46). In the exits of the oil supply passages (40, 50), opening/closing valves (41, 51) are provided having valve elements (42, 52), respectively.
