PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of mounting a hard disk drive capable of achieving enhancement of the speed and efficiency of maintenance of a hard disk drive, without using a special auxiliary tool, and to provide an electronic apparatus. ! SOLUTION: A structure of mounting a hard disk drive comprises: a storage part having a space and a take-out port; a pair of elastic parts provided on both sides of the storage part; a pair of guide parts; a stopper part movably installed along a side face on one side of the storage part; and a stopper fixing part for fixing the stopper part to the storage part or releasing the fixation. !
