PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of powder for a cocoa beverage, excellent in dispersion solubility not only in hot water but also in cold water, with the dispersion solubility prevented from lowering with time. ! SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of powder for cocoa beverage includes granulating a mixture containing cocoa powder, powdered milk, and saccharides in a powder form with use of an aqueous solution of diglycerol fatty acid ester.
