PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive sensor capable of improving detection accuracy and an input device. ! SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive sensor 60 is equipped with a spacer 63 having an opening 631, a first electrode substrate 61 and a second electrode substrate 62 oppositely disposed through the spacer 63, a first electrode 612 provided at a position corresponding to the opening 631 on the first electrode substrate 61, and a lower electrode 622 provided at a position corresponding to the opening 631 on the second electrode substrate 62, and opposing to the first electrode 612. A center C1 of the first electrode 612 and a center C2 of the lower electrode 622 are eccentric in a predetermined direction to a center of the opening 631 in a plane view. !
