Each of multiple image processing apparatus notifies maintenance execution of a management server. The imaging apparatus: cuts communications and starts maintenance when receiving a response; and connects communications and notifies maintenance completion of the management server when fishing maintenance. The management server calculates power consumption of the image processing apparatus including devices, objects for maintenance, to be lower than the predetermined total power consumption by operating the devices with the maximum power consumption of the image processing apparatus. The management server transmits approval notification, as a response to the notification, for approving maintenance execution of the devices to the devices. |
