The present invention relates to a system to discharge noise between floors and vibration of a building. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system to discharge noise between floors and vibration comprises the steps of: transmitting a wave of direct noise and direct vibration (10) to magnetic plates (140, 240, 340) when a noise and a vibration occurs inside a building, and transmitting a wave of the transmission noise and the transmission vibration to the magnetic plates (140, 240, 340) of a rear surface of a sound absorbing transmitter (100, 200, 300) and transmitting the wave of the other noise and the vibration to the magnetic plates (140, 240, 340) of the sound absorbing transmitter (100, 200, 300) and converting into current (120, 220, 320); converting the current (120, 220, 320) into an electrical signal; converting the converted electrical signal into a mute signal; transmitting the converted mute signal to an external mute receiver (600); sensing the noise and the vibration over a predetermined reference; enhancing a magnetic force to process the noise and the vibration; and unifying from generation to discharging of the noise between the floors and vibration of a building, and managing the same. |
