According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a cutting tool assembly. The cutting tool assembly comprises: a shank including an insert pocket formed from the upper part and having a bottom wall, a lever accommodation unit formed from the bottom wall to the lower part, and a screw hole vertically arranged against the bottom wall and formed from the lower part; a shim including a shim bore penetrating the center of an upper surface and a lower surface, and placed on the bottom wall of the insert pocket; a diamond-shaped cutting insert including an insert bore penetrating the upper surface, the lower surface, a plurality of sides located between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the center of the upper surface and the lower surface, and placed on the upper surface of the shim; a clamping lever including a first extension unit vertically arranged against the bottom wall of the insert pocket, and a second extension unit enlarged in parallel to the bottom wall of the insert pocket from a lower end of the first extension unit, and installed in the lever accommodation unit; and a set screw including a screw head located on an upper side, a screw unit located on a lower side, and an interlocking groove arranged between the screw head and the screw unit and interlocked with a front end of the second extension unit, and bound on the screw hole. The shim comprises an avoidance unit formed to avoid interference with the screw head. |
