The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody 4A68 for recognizing PGRMC1 on a surface of a human embryonic stem cell or a cancer cell. In particular, provided are a monoclonal antibody 4A68 for recognizing a carboxyl terminal region of PGRMC1 expressed on a surface of human embryonic stem cell or a cancer cell; a hybridoma for generating the monoclonal antibody 4A68; a composition for removing a non-differentiated human embryonic stem cell, wherein the monoclonal antibody 4A68 is included; and an inspection kit including the monoclonal antibody 4A68. Moreover, provided are a method for providing information for diagnosing cancer, wherein a step of detecting a PGRMC1 protein by using a monoclonal antibody 4A68 in a sample is included; and a cancer diagnosing kit including a monoclonal antibody 4A68 specifically combining with a PGRMC1 protein. In particular, the cancer is neuroblastoma, lung cancer, liver cancer, or embryo cancer.
