Provided are a sonosensitive liposome comprising a sonosensitizer, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a method of efficiently delivering an active agent to a subject using the sonosensitive liposome. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sonosensitive liposome comprises: a lipid bilayer; and a sonosensitizer arranged in the lipid bilayer, wherein the sonosensitizer self-assembles to form aggregates when exposed to ultrasound.
