PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a misty hairdressing agent which has a setting ability and re-hairdressing properties, is not sticky, can style instantly when grasping after applying, can impart lightness to the hair, and has no cloth odor. ! SOLUTION: The invention provides a misty hairdressing agent containing component (A), (B), and (C). The mass ratio (A)/[(A)+(B)+(C)] is 0.40 or more to 0.55 or less, and the mass ratio (C)/[(B)+(C)] is 0.5 or more to 0.8 or less. (A) is polyether polycarbonate having a constitutional unit represented by the formula (1) [A is an alkylene group of C2-6, n represents an average value of 5-1000, and p represents an average value of 5-100].
