PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship remote healthcare management system capable of conducting healthcare management of ship crew members onshore.SOLUTION: Provided is a healthcare management system including: a data acquisition device mounted in a ship, and acquiring data on health of crew members of the ship; a data communication device storing therein the data acquired by the data acquisition device, and transmitting the data onto a communication network connecting the ship to the land; and a data management device receiving the data on the health of the crew members from the data communication device via the communication network, and managing the data for each crew member.
