PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage structure and a housing using the heat storage structure, more specifically, a technology enabling efficient heat storage.SOLUTION: A heat storage structure 1 for storing heat includes: a case 3 that defines a thermally insulated space 2 therein; a heat storage part 4 disposed in the space 2 of the case 3; and an air passage 5 which is formed in the case 3 and is used for conducting heat exchange between air serving as a heat medium and the heat storage part 4. The heat storage part 4 includes: a heat storage fluid 7; and a tank 8 for storing the heat storage fluid. The upper surface side of the tank 8 is thermally insulated from the air. The air passage 5 includes a first passage 5A passing at the lower surface side of the tank 8.
