PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness fastener mounted on a mounting hole of a small diameter and capable of suppressing looseness. ! SOLUTION: A fastener 10 for fastening a harness to a mounting member includes: a head part 20 having a flange part 32, and an insertion hole 34 penetrating from a front side to a reverse side; a band part 22 provided on the front side of the head part 20 for fastening the harness; an engaging part 24 provided at the reverse side of the head part 20 and engaged with the edge of a circular mounting hole of the mounting member; and a wall part 26 provided at the reverse side of the head part 20 and spaced from and opposed to the engaging part 24. The insertion hole 34 is opened between the wall part 26 and the engaging part 24, and can receive the band part 22. The engaging part 24 has a pair of elastic engaging parts 40 engaged with the edge of the mounting hole of the mounting member.
