PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple based propellant composition excellent in manufacturability, impact safety and low temperature ignitionability. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a triple based propellant composition containing (a) an energy plasticizer, (b) nitrocellulose and (c) nitroguanidine where (a-1) nitroglycerine and (a-2) diethylene glycol dinitrate are contained as the (a) energy plasticizer, the content of the (a-1) nitroglycerine is 3 to 11 pts.mass, the content of the (a-2) diethylene glycol dinitrate is 5 to 30 pts.mass and the total content of the (a-1) and the (a-2) is 13 to 35 pts.mass, the content of (b) nitrocellulose is 20 to 50 pts.mass and the content of the (c) nitroguanidine is 30 to 55 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the sum mass of (a) to (c). !
